About the InstructorJoshua Bellinghausen started doing improv nine years ago as part of a homeschool co-op. Since then, he has performed in professional shows and learned from world-class improvisers. He credits improv for giving him the courage to step out of his introverted comfort zone and pursue many opportunities in relationships, school, and business. He loves seeing improv do the same for others.What is Improv?Improv can be described as the art of acting without a script. But it's much more than that. Put simply, improv is a relationship. Every conversation, every interaction you have with someone else is an exercise in improv.Why Study Improv?There are many reasons to study improv. Improv helps to develop confidence in uncertain situations. It's a great way to build teams and friendships, and of course, it's a ton of fun!
